News Blog
There haven't been any updates to the TEST news page nor to ODCKS for a long while, and this is due purely to personal reasons on my part. The first semester of this year has been very non-creative for me. However, I've finished up my coursework for the last of the normal courses (Statistics mostly, which was one of the biggest creative drains I've ever had) necessary for my Associates degree, and will be moving into the final stages of my theatre courses for said degree. Hopefully, this'll revive a lot of my creative power, and thing'll start moving again.
That being said, TEST Productions hasn't been completely stagnant for the last few months. Journey has come to a bit of a standstill, but this is due to mostly location issues and budget constraints. After all, TEST is run by college students, and as the guy who runs things, I can't let such a huge project be done in a sub-par way.
"Oh! My Semantics!", the gameshow we hoped to have rolled out this fall, has gone under some serious revision since then due to a few things we learned when we tried to record the first few episodes. We're still working on it a little more, but hope to have something we can release by January.
On the convention side of things, we currently have no plans to perform any events during next year's con season. Instead, most of us are simply concentrating on doing cosplay like every other atendee. That being said, we have continued to develop more ideas for live events that we hope to perform in the future, including a sequel to Turnabout Convention from Jacon, an event based on the Trauma Center video game series, and even a multi-year Sentai experience!
So, looking forward, we'll have a busy, busy year! Here's hoping we'll see you all there!
If you wish to join our mailing list, commision us for your convention, volunteer for future events, or just send us comments, please send us an email at contact.testproductions@gmail.com
